Aaron Schneider joined Employers Health Network in 2020 to lead its Strategic Services team. In this role, he is responsible for account management, analytics/reporting, and EHN’s provider governance model. He enjoys the opportunity to collaborate with EHN’s provider partners, employer clients, and brokers to ensure EHN brings high-value network offerings to the self-funded employer community and demonstrate the impact of a high-performance network strategy on employee benefits.
Aaron brings 10 years of healthcare consulting experience to EHN including payor strategy and operations, healthcare practice transformation and technology adoption, data warehousing, benchmarking, and analytics as-a-service. His consulting work in prior roles with Milliman and Arcadia Solutions included projects with national carriers, regional health plans, third-party administrators, government and regulatory entities, and community health centers.
He holds a degree in finance from Iowa State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
